Having completed our food diary template prior to your appointment, in this 45-minute session we discuss any imbalances of key food groups, food timings and meal sizes, potential trigger foods and nutritional deficiencies/excesses to help you understand how to create a balanced diet for you, to support your health and wellbeing goals

 

Advice is divided into manageable steps to incorporate, in order to re-balance your diet and take back control - meal and snack suggestions are provided.  A summary advice sheet is sent after your session
