Nutritional Consultations & Food Diary Analysis:

Consist of an initial and follow-up consultation, in order to analyse improvements and modify recommendations and supplements (where necessary)

meexplainingtorobinroundedshoulderssharpenedgoodimagequality.jpgThe initial consultation lasts one hour. On booking an appointment you will be asked to complete a questionnaire (emailed or posted to you) and return this prior to the appointment; this ensures a focused approach; time is not wasted obtaining basic information

The consultation proceeds with obtaining further information in relation to family history, current diet and lifestyle in order to help identify areas that could be contributing towards health issues

A FREE nail analysis, iris analysis and zinc status test is included

Manageable diet and lifestyle recommendations are then agreed with you to ensure you feel able to incorporate them into your lifestyle, to support overall health improvement.  These are presented in a written report, sent within 7 days of the consultation

Don't worry, you will not be lectured to, nor asked to exclude a whole range of foods from your diet!

A follow up consultation is then booked for six to eight weeks time, in order to monitor progress. We are of course available in the interim to answer any queries or clarify advice where needed

** Please note an initial appointment is only confirmed when both deposit and completed client questionnaire are received within 48 hours prior to the appointment date **

A "Refresher / Update" Consultation - ideal if you've seen us in the past but time / life have got in the way and beneficial changes /good intentions are forgotten.  45 minute duration

Food Diary Analysis - Not got time for a full consultation? Analysing a two week food diary can be a great first step to taking back control of your health.  Complete our food diary template and let us identify imbalances of key food groups, potential trigger foods and nutritional deficiencies / excesses.  Advice is provided in a written report on manageable ways to re-balance your diet, including meal and snack suggestions
