Shirley Ward is a fully qualified and registered Brighton-based Nutritional Therapist, Nutritionist, Health Writer and Lecturer, who owns and runs Down To Earth Nutrition. Shirley studied nutrition for five years and graduated from the Kevala Centre in Cardiff in 2008, with the following qualifications:
Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (Clinical Practice)
Diploma in Nutritional Therapeutics
Diploma in Nutritional Advice
She is fully insured to practice and holds full membership of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) membership no. WAR0110346 and as such is bound by their strict codes of conduct and practice, full membership of the FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners) no. 10482305 and is CNHC registered no. 000039-A13
Shirley is an experienced Lecturer, having lectured for the College of Naturopathic Medicine for their Biomedicine and Nutrition group. Being an experienced health writer, Shirley has had a number of published articles across a wide range of nutrition topics, having written for Cosmo, Cosmopolitan magazine's online publication and Women's Health magazine amongst others
